Method Kitchens was founded by Jon and Ashly Grzyb—a Daniel Island family who built this company at the intersection of what they each do best.
Jon comes from institutional real estate operations, where he managed the renovation and turnover of thousands of single-family properties across large portfolios worth hundreds of millions of dollars. In that world, there’s no room for blown timelines or budget overruns—every kitchen, every scope of work, every subcontractor schedule had to be executed with precision and speed. He built Method to bring that same discipline to homeowners who deserve better than the industry’s status quo.
Ashly is a licensed Realtor with Carolina One and one of Daniel Island’s most trusted advisors on luxury home presentation and value-add renovation strategy. Her clients don’t just ask her to sell their homes—they ask her which renovations to invest in, which finishes will resonate with buyers, and how to reimagine a dated kitchen into the centerpiece of a $1.5M to $4M listing. That instinct for design, ROI, and what today’s Lowcountry buyer actually wants shapes every Method project.
Together, they designed Method to deliver what neither side of the industry offers alone—institutional-grade project execution with a designer’s eye for what makes a kitchen extraordinary.

Method Kitchens exists for one reason: full kitchen replacements. We don’t paint cabinets, refinish countertops, or offer cosmetic touch-ups. We tear it out and build it right.
Fixed-Price Contracts
Your contract price is your final price. Period. If we missed something in our scope, that’s on us, not you.
10-Day Installs
We compress 6–8 weeks of traditional installation into as few as 7 business days by front-loading all design, selections, and procurement.
3D Scanning Technology
We capture your kitchen to 1% accuracy using LiDAR scanning. Precise measurements, accurate renderings, no surprises on install day.
Design-First Process
Every detail is planned, rendered in 3D, and approved before we touch a tool. You see your kitchen before we build it.
