In-Home Consultation
We visit your home, listen to your vision, and capture a precise 3D scan of your kitchen using LiDAR technology. No measuring tape guesswork.
Initial Cost Range
Within 48 hours of your consultation, you receive an Initial Cost Range—an honest bracket of what your project will likely cost, based on 200+ parameters from your scan.
Design Agreement
If the range works for you, we begin your Pre-Build Agreement ($3,995). This funds your dedicated designer, detailed 3D renderings, and selection sessions.
Design & Selections
Your designer creates photorealistic 3D renderings. You choose every cabinet, countertop, backsplash, fixture, and finish. Revisions are unlimited until you love it.
Fixed-Price Contract
Once selections are locked, we deliver your fixed-price contract. No allowances, no asterisks. Your price includes everything from demo to final walkthrough.
Installation Week
Our dedicated crew transforms your kitchen in as few as 7 business days—with even complex layout changes completed within 15. You receive daily photo updates. Your project manager is on-site every day.
Final Reveal
We walk through your completed kitchen together. Any punch list items are resolved on the spot. Your dream kitchen is ready.

Lighting, plumbing fixtures, and hardware are all replaced with clean, modern selections.
The Essentials works within your existing kitchen footprint—no walls move, no plumbing relocates. That’s what keeps the timeline tight and the price accessible. What changes is everything you see and touch.

The Signature is where your kitchen starts working differently, not just looking different. We evaluate your existing layout and redesign it to match how you actually live—opening sight lines, repositioning the range or sink, extending the island, improving the work triangle. If a wall needs to come down or a load needs to be reengineered, that’s in scope.
Materials step up significantly: Quartz countertops with dramatic veining and movement, a counter-matched quartz backsplash for a seamless floor-to-ceiling stone look, and a GE Café appliance suite with the matte finishes and commercial-style details that define today’s luxury transitional kitchen. Tile selections move into designer-grade patterns—herringbone, zellige, large-format porcelain.

The Statement

The Statement is an uncompromising, architect-level kitchen built around a single idea: this is the last kitchen you’ll ever need. Every surface, every fixture, every detail is selected for permanence, performance, and presence.
Countertops are Premium quartz or natural stone—quartzite, marble, Dekton—with fully mitered edges that wrap the counter in stone and eliminate visible seams. The island is a waterfall design (or double island if the space allows), turning your countertop into a sculptural centerpiece. Backsplash is full-height natural stone or book-matched slab for visual drama.
Appliances are professional-grade: Sub-Zero refrigeration, Wolf ranges and cooktops, Cove dishwashers—the brands that commercial kitchens trust, sized and finished for your home. Custom millwork is standard: a bespoke range hood, floating shelves, integrated pantry systems, wine storage, or architectural details that make the kitchen feel built by a craftsman, not installed by a contractor.
